This aeropress coffee brewing method is considered the BEST technique to get a delicious cup of coffee with this tool. It uses an inverted technique with coarse grinds that has won several WAC aeropress championships. The aeropress is a great alternative to the classic pour over method.

To start out, dose out 35g of coffee and grind on a coarse setting. Bring water up to 183F or 84C. Rinse your paper filter. Pour 150g of the heated water in the aeropress and stir. After 30 seconds, put the lid on and flip the aeropress onto your cup or decanter. at 1 minute, start pressing slowly. You should finish the plunge at around 1 minute and 30 seconds (or a 30 second press). Add 150-200g of heated water to taste. The less you add, the stronger the brew will be.
