Have you considered just how much you could change the flavor of your coffee by what you eat with it? Today we experiment review 4 different coffees (cold brew, Pour-Over from Honduras, Ethiopian Espresso, and a Costa Rican French Roast that was made with a French Press).
We have 3 rounds of pairing: 1. We paired the cold brew, pour over, and espresso with various cheeses and bread. 2. We paired the same 3 coffees with a banana bread, which introduced a little sweetness. 3. We swapped the cold brew for the French Roast and got into various pastries and desserts.
