A Whiskey Infinity Bottle is the idea of combining your leftover whiskey into a single bottle as a new, unique blend. Does this taste good? We are testing this concept with the Bourbon Infinity Bottle Feasibility test, where we combine Evan Williams, Jim Beam, and Knob Creek bourbons to see how the flavors mesh together. Since these bourbons are all fairly similar, if it doesn’t work, we know the infinity bottle concept is not feasible. If it works, how far can we go until it fails?
