BLUE WINE – How It’s Made [Amour Geneve Review]

Amour Geneve Blue Wine is naturally made blue by altering the pH level of Nebbiolo grape skins, turning the color from red to blue. The Nebbiolo skins are then added to Verdejo varietal during fermentation.

Aromatics:
Fruit forward with a mild, citrus nose.

Palate:
Dry and light bodied with a crisp, refreshing finish. Notes of white peach, grapefruit, tropical fruits, and a mineral finish.

Pairings:
Seafood, lean chicken, soft cheese, and salads

Best served 40-45 degrees F.
