Box Wine has 2 particularly good uses:
1. Parties. You get a great bang for your buck with box wines, plus they are easy to store and dispense from. This makes serving wine to lots of people much easier.
2. It doesn’t go bad after starting to drink it like bottled wine. Because box wines have a sealed plastic bag inside with a valve, the wine never touches outside oxygen, so it takes longer to spoil. If you never seem to get through a whole bottle of wine before it goes bad, box wine might be for you.
Bota Box Zinfandel is rich in color with aromas of blackberry, black cherry and toasted oak. Jammy and fruit forward, Bota Zin also features lingering oak nuances on the palate, with hints of black pepper that carry through to a long, lingering finish.
Nicely balanced acidity and supple tannins make this medium- bodied wine an ideal partner for roasted pork tenderloin studded with garlic and rosemary, grilled burgers topped with blue cheese, or even chocolate brownies.
